    • We charge €45.00 for a checkin between 21:00 and 22.00, and E65,00 for an arrival between 22:00 and 23:00.
    • The reception is opened from 08:30. Rooms are available from 15:00 (or sooner if possible)

    • Checkout before 11:00 noon
    • If you checkout before 07:30, please inform us
    • Parking your car after 11:00 noon is €5.00 per hour (if possible)
  • Breakfast
    • Breakfast is €20,00 p.p.
    • Breakfast room service is €9.50
    • Breakfast mon - fri between 07:30 – 10:30 and Sat/Sun 08:30 – 10:30

  • Annuleringsvoorwaarden
    • After confirming a reservation, it is not possible anymore to cancel the reservation for free. We charge 50% of the roomrate after confirming your reservation, and 50% of the room rate 4 day's prior to the arrivalday.

Huys van Leyden has 11 comfort rooms which are spread out over three floors. They are accessible by staircase only. Although having their own style, they all have the same facilities. Our hotel is a protected monument and over 400-yers-old. We did our best to make it sound proof but we cannot prevent you can hear other guests. We kindly ask you for your understanding. When you make a reservation you can give us a preference of a certain room but cannot guarantee that we will succeed. For instance, if you would like to have a room with canal view. If we succeed, we charge E14,50 per night for your preference.

ATTENTION: 
Two rooms have two floors and a regular Dutch staircase in the room! With these staircases you can reach the bedroom or bathroom. Because the building is classified as a protected monument, we unfortunately do not have a lift! Of course our staff will assist you when necessary. Do you have immobility problems? Please let us know! We will arrange a room on the main floor.
