Catering Conditions:
- The caterer is responsible for providing food and staff for serving food and drinks, unless you hire our staff for an additional fee.
- Nespresso coffee/tea can be ordered through us and will be billed afterwards based on consumption.
- We require direct contact with the caterer before the event to discuss available equipment and logistics.
Room Setup:
- Please send us a seating plan so we can assign guests to tables.
- Standard setup uses long tables for up to 40 guests. Round tables (for up to 56 guests) are available for an additional fee.
- Important: There is no space for dancing or large buffets. Buffet-style dining is very limited; serving food directly at the tables is recommended.
Parking Information:
- Parking is available at the Albert Heijn garage, 200 meters from the hotel (entrance at Middelstegracht 50).
- Do not park in permit-holder spots without purchasing a day ticket (€30.00).
Facilities:
- The kitchen, including all used equipment, must be cleaned after the event. Additional cleaning fees will be charged if this is not done.
Other Important Information:
- The hotel is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings or vehicles in the parking garage.
- You are choosing a historic, 400-year-old canal house with authentic charm. Please respect neighbours as the building may be noisy.
- The room must close by 11:30 PM, and all guests must have left by that time.
- Live music or DJs are not allowed; however, you may use our sound system (Spotify music only).
