In an adjacent building, from hotel Huys van Leyden, we offer ‘Family Apartment II’ a self-catering apartment suitable for up to 6 people. The Apartment has 2 bedrooms with flat screen TV, a fully equiped kitchen with a, fridge/freezer, microwave and Nespresso Coffee &Tea machines. And bathroom with shower, toilet, hair dryer and shampoos. The living room has a flat screen TV, couch and a dining area which overlooks the canal. It can accommodate 2 extra persons (one double sleeping sofa!) Ideal for longer stays and/or families. Breakfast (when booked) is served in Hotel Huys van Leyden. You need to check in at the hotel. And smoking is NOT allowed!

ATTENTION:
The Family Apartment II is located on the first AND second floor of a Dutch canal house. Of course we can assist you with your luggage if necessary.

CLEANING SERVICE:
When you book our self-catering apartment it means there will be no cleaning during your stay if your stay is 4 day’s or shorter. Do you stay longer than 4 days? The lining and towels will be changes every 4rth day. If you want to have new towels within these 4 day’s you can collect them at the hotel by returning the used ones.

• Checkin

  • The reception is opened from 08:30. Rooms are available from 15:00 (or sooner if possible)
  • Rooms clean at 15:00
  • Please let us know your arrival time
  • We charge €45.00 for a checkin between 21:00 and 22.00, and E65,00 for an arrival between 22:00 and 23:00.
  • We kindly ask you to call the hotel 15 minutes before you arrive. This enables us to make sure the receptionist is at the desk to assist you.

• Checkout

  • Checkout before 11:00 noon
  • Parking your car after 11:00 noon is €5.00 per hour (if possible)
  • If you checkout before 07:30, please inform us
  • You can leave the luggage at the reception

• Breakfast

  • Breakfast is €20,00 p.p.
  • Breakfast mon - fri between 07:30 – 10:30 and Sat/Sun 08:30 – 10:30

• Parking

  • Hotelparking €23.50 per car per night (Please reserve, limited parking / parking at your own risk)
  • Parking your car after 12:00 noon is €5.00 per hrs (if possible)

• Annuleringsvoorwaarden

  • After confirming a reservation, it is not possible anymore to cancel the reservation for free. We charge 50% of the roomrate after confirming your reservation, and 50% of the room rate 4 day's prior to the arrivalday.
