    • After confirming a reservation, it is not possible anymore to cancel the reservation for free. We charge 50% of the roomrate after confirming your reservation, and 50% of the room rate 4 day's prior to the arrivalday.

'Canal House' Apartement 2-3 persons.

The hotel has several apartments. This beautiful 3 room apartment is located on the first and second floor of a 16th century canal house that overlooks the canal. The apartment has a living room on the 1st floor that overlooks the canal. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, gasstove and Nespresso coffee and tea facilities. It connects with a roof terrace where you can enjoy a cup of coffee in the sun. The cozy bathroom on the 2nd floor is equipped with a walk-in shower, toilet, hair dryer and shampoos. You will also find an ironing board and iron. The spacious bedroom has a double bed and overlooks the canal. The back room has a singlebed and wardrobe wall.

Ideal for longer stays and/or families. Breakfast (when booked) is served in Hotel Huys van Leyden. You need to check in at the hotel. And smoking is NOT allowed!

CLEANING SERVICE:
When you book our self-catering apartment it means there will be no cleaning during your stay if your stay is 4 day’s or shorter. Do you stay longer than 4 days? The lining and towels will be changes every 4rth day. If you want to have new towels within these 4 day’s you can collect them at the hotel by returning the used ones.
